At BOB Cosmetic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide authentic, high-quality beauty products. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item was missing from your order.
  • You received an expired product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refund Policy

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If you paid online, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If your order was Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will resolve your case as quickly as possible.
